Character Appearance: Sul isn't very heavily based on his real life appearance other then his face. Serious icey blue eyes are surrounded by sleepy circles and pointed features with a bit of stubble on his chin. The character has choppy looking hair that's usually in a fauxhawk and his ears have very small silver loop earrings for decoration. The clothing changes dependent on which form he has passed like all adept rogues.

1st From Edge Punisher: His chest bare other then a leather holster he gains some body paint in this form taking the shape of circles on his shoulders and one at the center of his chest with the vertical line through it going down, much of his lower abdominals are covered in tight bandaging and his neck has a white scarf on it. Dark Blue large hakama adorn his legs and for the majority of the time his feet are covered but if seen have simple tabi sandals and white socks. In this form Sul's entire left arm is covered in plate armor and he wears similar finger less gloves. His hair seems to get a little messier in this form.
2nd Form Blade Brandier: A high collar goes down to a black and navy striped shirt, similar striped sleeves go from his wrists up to his elbows and are belted tight. Finger less black gloves protect his hands and his sword sheath is hanging from the small of his back. Suspenders hang from his steeplejack style grey pants, puffing out quite a bit and tucked into black comfortable looking boots. Metal plates cover where laces would be on the shins and the very toes of the boots. A circle with a line cutting it vertically is etched into his metal plate of a belt buckle. In this form his hair changes slightly in the back gaining a ponytail wrapped in white cloth tight all the way down to the bottom of his neck where a bit of hair puffs out.

Exclusive: Hawker Beechcraft readies bankruptcy ...

NEW YORK/WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Hawker Beechcraft Inc, the aircraft manufacturer owned by Goldman Sachs Group Inc's (NYS:GS - News) private equity arm and Onex Corp (TOR:OCX.TO - News), is preparing to file for bankruptcy protection in the next several weeks, according to people familiar with the matter.

Hawker, which was bought by the private equity firms in 2007 for $3.3 billion, is negotiating a prearranged bankruptcy with its largest lenders, which include Centerbridge Partners, Angelo Gordon and Capital Research & Management, the sources said.

Hawker and Onex declined to comment. Goldman Sachs and the lenders were not immediately available for comment.

Centerbridge, a New York-based investment firm focused on leveraged buyouts and distressed investments, is the biggest lender, the sources said.

These lenders would also likely provide debtor-in-possession (DIP) financing to allow Hawker to continue to operate in bankruptcy, the sources said.

One of the sources said the DIP financing is currently expected to be less than $500 million, but cautioned the number has not been finalized and could change.

Goldman Sachs Capital Partners, the bank's private equity fund, and Canada's largest buyout firm, Onex, bought Raytheon Aircraft Co from Raytheon Co (NYS:RTN - News) in early 2007, at the height of the buyout boom, and renamed it Hawker Beechcraft.

But the purchase has proven to be ill-timed. The financial crisis of 2008 and the subsequent economic downturn has led to a multiyear aviation industry downturn. The Wichita, Kansas-based manufacturer of business jets, general aviation turboprops and military trainers has seen sales of its small and medium-sized business jets fall.

Hawker competes against bigger and financially stronger rivals such as General Dynamics Corp's (NYS:GD - News) Gulfstream and Textron Inc's (NYS:TXT - News) Cessna.

Hawker is one of several buyouts from the 2006-2007 period to run into trouble. Several private equity firms at the time paid aggressive prices for companies, loading them up with huge piles of debt and hoping that economic growth would continue to sustain the investments. But the financial crisis put a spanner in their assumptions about growth, making these firms unviable.

TURNAROUND SPECIALIST

In February, the company's owners brought in turnaround specialist Steve Miller as chief executive officer. Hawker has also hired Perella Weinberg Partners and law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP as financial and legal advisers.

Miller, who is also chairman of bailed-out insurer American International Group (NYS:AIG - News), is known for his ability to work with financially troubled companies and solve hard problems, even earning the moniker of "The Turnaround Kid" after he wrote a book in 2008 about his experiences fixing companies over the years.

Miller has come out of retirement several times to work on corporate restructurings, including those of Delphi Corp and Federal-Mogul Corp (NSQ:FDML - News).

On Tuesday, Hawker clinched interim financing. It reached a deal with lenders that will provide a $120 million loan and defer the company's obligations to make certain interest payments.

This forbearance agreement, scheduled to expire at the end of June, would provide Hawker with more time to finalize the details of a prearranged bankruptcy with the main lenders, the sources said.

DEBT LOAD

Hawker has a huge debt load stemming from its 2007 leveraged buyout and was hit especially hard by a 60-percent drop in business jet sales after the financial crisis, said aerospace analyst Richard Aboulafia of the Teal Group.

A source familiar with Hawker's thinking said that the company's business plan had projected a recovery in the business jet market beginning in 2010, but that had only started to materialize this year.

Earlier this year, Hawker lost a contract to build 20 light attack planes for the U.S. Air Force, losing out in the bid to U.S. defense contractor Sierra Nevada Corp and Brazilian planemaker Embraer SA (SAO:EMBR3.SA - News).

Although the loss was not the primary factor driving the company into deeper trouble, winning the contract could have staved off the crisis for a while longer, said two other sources familiar with the situation.

The loss of the contract "was just bitter icing on an already unpleasant cake," Aboulafia said.

Police chief, state attorney step aside in Trayvon Martin case

Both officials said that their presence was a potential distraction to the investigation.

The police chief and prosecutor who have been bitterly criticized for not arresting a neighborhood watch volunteer in the shooting death of an unarmed black teenager both left the case Thursday, with the chief saying that he is temporarily leaving his job to let passions cool.

Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee's decision came less than a day after city commissioners gave him a "no confidence" vote, and after a couple of weeks of protests and uproar on social media websites. Lee has said evidence in the case supported George Zimmerman's claim that the Feb. 26 shooting of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin was self-defense.

"I do this in the hopes of restoring some semblance of calm to a city which has been in turmoil for several weeks," Lee said.

About three hours later, Gov. Rick Scott announced that the local state attorney, Norman Wolfinger, had recused himself from the case. In a letter to Scott, Wolfinger said that while he thought he could fairly oversee any prosecution that develops in the case, his recusal was aimed at "toning down the rhetoric and preserving the integrity of the investigation." Scott appointed Angela B. Corey, the state attorney for the Jacksonville area, to take over the case.

Scott also appointed a task force led by Lt. Gov. Jennifer Carroll to conduct hearings on the case and to make recommendations for any changes to state law or procedures. Carroll is African-American.

Martin was returning from a trip to a convenience store when Zimmerman started following him, telling police dispatchers he looked suspicious. At some point, the two got into a fight and Zimmerman pulled out his gun.

Zimmerman told police Martin attacked him after he had given up on chasing the teenager and was returning to his sport utility vehicle.

The shooting ignited resentment toward the police department in this Orlando suburb for not making an arrest. Civil rights groups have held rallies in Florida and New York, saying the shooting was unjustified.

The police chief continued Thursday to stand behind his agency's investigation.

"As a former homicide investigator, a career law enforcement officer and a father, I am keenly aware of the emotions associated with this tragic death of a child. I'm also aware that my role as a leader of this agency has become a distraction from the investigation," Lee said.

It wasn't immediately how long the police chief would step aside. Martin's parents said that wasn't enough, and that Zimmerman should be taken into custody.

"We want an arrest, we want a conviction and we want him sentenced for the murder of my son," Martin's father, Tracy, said to fiery crowd of about 1,000 supporters in downtown Sanford.

Some people believed the police chief should step down for good.

"If they wanted to defuse a potential powder keg, he needed to resign," said pastor Eugene Walton, 58, who was born and raised in Sanford. "His inaction speaks loudly to the black community."

News of the police chief's decision to step aside spread quickly among the protesters, many of whom showed up more than two hours before the start of the rally. They chanted "The chief is gone. Zimmerman is next."

Some carried signs that said: "100 years of lynching, justifiable homicide. Same thing." Others sold T-shirts that read: "Arrest Zimmerman."

"It's the norm around here, where anything involving black culture, they want to wipe their hands of it," said Shella Moore, who is black and grew up in Sanford.

The Justice Department and FBI have opened a civil rights investigation, and the local prosecutor has convened a grand jury April 10 to determine whether to charge Zimmerman.

Before the rally, Martin's parents met with the local U.S. attorney, the deputy assistant attorney general for civil rights in Washington and the head of the FBI's Tampa office to discuss the investigation.

"We listened carefully to the concerns of the family and their representatives," Special Agent Dave Couvertier, an FBI spokesman, said in a statement. "We continue to extend our deepest condolences to Trayvon's family for their loss."

"It didn't surprise me, which was good," Jennifer Lawrence told MTV News of her first viewing of "The Hunger Games."

We suppose that makes sense, seeing as Lawrence is the face of the YA adaptation and that the responsibility of bringing heroine Katniss Everdeen to the screen is, dauntingly, hers alone. But we confess, it did surprise us. There were pitfalls aplenty for director Gary Ross. He could have succumbed to "Twilight" fever and played up the story's simmering-in-the-background love triangle. Cowering in awe or fear of the series' million of fans, he could have been excessively deferential to the source material, declining to expand the "Hunger Games" world beyond Katniss' first-person narration. Or, more simply, Ross could have just made a crappy movie.

None of that came to pass. Our worries were unfounded. In "Hunger Games," Ross has given us not only a kickass adaptation of a beloved book, but a kickass movie, full stop — an opinion shared not only by MTV News and Lawrence but by the vast majority of critics. Penn State offers therapy to alleged abuse victims

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) ? Penn State is offering free child-abuse counseling services to the alleged victims of former university assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky.

The university Wednesday described the arrangement with Praesidium Inc., an abuse risk management company, as a way to fulfill a commitment made by school officials after Sandusky was charged in November.

Sandusky is on house arrest awaiting a mid-May trial on charges he sexually abused 10 boys over 15 years. He denies the allegations.

"We're just committed to those who may have suffered abuse," Trustee Mark Dambly, who heads the board's newly-formed outreach committee, said in a telephone interview. "We hope and ask that those who need help call the number and begin to get counseling as early as possible."

The services are confidential and will be provided by counselors from outside Penn State; the phone number and email address to reach Praesidium in connection with the Penn State case was activated Wednesday. It was not known how much the counseling service will eventually cost the university.

The school was contacting lawyers, believed to be representing potential victims, about the new counseling service, Dambly said. He did not know specifically if attorneys for the eight known alleged victims had been contacted.

An alumni group, Penn Staters for Responsible Stewardship, which is backing a slate challenging current trustees, remained critical Wednesday of the trustees' response to the Sandusky case.

"When alumni pledged to honor the victims, we raised $500,000 in a month. When the trustees pledged to honor the victims, they did nothing," spokeswoman Maribeth Schmidt said in a statement.

Trustee chairwoman Karen Peetz said in January that the school would pay for the counseling services. Dambly said it took time for the school to settle on an appropriate counseling provider.

"We at Penn State are committed to helping victims of child abuse in every way we can," President Rodney Erickson said in a statement. "This is an important step in our effort to do so. We hope those in need will use these services."

Crews search for missing hot air balloon pilot

FITZGERALD, Ga. (AP) ? Crews in helicopters, airplanes and on foot resumed their search of woods Monday in south Georgia for a hot air balloon pilot who disappeared after his balloon was engulfed by a thunderstorm and sucked into the clouds.

About 50 to 75 people were searching an area roughly 12 to 15 square miles of terrain, Ben Hill County Sheriff Bobby McLemore told The Associated Press.

Edward Ristaino, 63, of Cornelius, N.C., was taking five skydivers into the air Friday night during a festival in Fitzgerald, Ga., when a storm struck, McLemore said.

Ristaino told the skydivers to jump from the balloon. None of them were injured.

The pilot was using a walkie-talkie to speak with his ground crew as he plummeted toward the ground, McLemore said.

"He told him he had gone into the clouds, that an updraft had taken him up to 17,000, 18,000 feet," McLemore said.

The pilot also maintained communication as he plummeted toward the ground, the sheriff said.

"He had just made the statement that I'm at 2,000 feet and I see trees and that was his last transmission."

Now, searchers are using radar imagery of the storm at the time and studying weather patterns to help them determine where he might have touched down.

"We're dealing with a storm here with a lot of cross currents at different altitudes, so that's why the area is so large," McLemore said.

"We're looking at weather patterns, wind direction," he said. "It was a rather large storm and when he went into the clouds, he was pulled right into the storm."

Searchers believe the balloon had collapsed above Ristaino, making it a challenge to spot it on the ground.

"It wasn't nothing but a streamer when it came down and it's going to be a very small object to be looking for," McLemore said.

One of the skydivers, 30-year-old Jessica Wesnofske, told The Charlotte Observer the pilot saved their lives. She said if he'd waited another minute, the skydivers would have been in the storm.
