The teratism that you all witness today that portray's itself as "The Black (Political) Consciousness" cannot possibly endure, surviving the series of tests that the transactions of this world throws at it. ? Only the network of lies, hatred and diversion that keeps this beast alive as scores of "Americanized Blacks" provide it with nutrition can explain its endurance - in the face of great harm and damage done to the DEVELOPMENT interests of the Black community.

The "Americanized Black" cultural consciousness is ONLY a reactionary force. ? It is a function of the "White Right-Wing" "social and economic norms" that it seeks to fight off in the fraudulent guise of "Black Struggle".

Its version of "Public Health" consists of FIGHTING FOR "Consumer Access Rights" to western health care.

At the first news of "a epidemic" that is happening among their ranks - they will first blame the most tried and true source of their problems: ?"Racism, Capitalism, Oppression" and how it has unfairly distributed misery upon the Negro.

When we hear news about SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES - we automatically hear about "Abstinence Only Education". ? Never before has a $150 million per year program shared upon the 50 states (those of which who agree to take the money) ?been so SUPERIOR in its ability to render damage the interests of the people.

Yet these same people want you to believe that $52 billion in federal education spending is insufficient.

The problem is - the fraudulent agents in the news media never go back and trap the fraudulent inducements, but instead are the main purveyors of the propaganda - per their employment contract.

The Damage Of The $150 Million Abstinence Only Education Program Back In 2008 Is Still Raining Down Upon The Head Of The Detroit Residents - Thanks To The Embedded Confidence Man Rain Maker's And Their Narrative

Don't RUN FROM the controversial issue - APPLY IT WITH THE PROPER PROPORTIONALITY and then expose the FRAUD of your debate adversaries.

It is clear that this $150 million was channeled through RELIGIOUS organizations rather than for mass distribution through the public schools.

The "Keep Your Enemy On Trial So You Don't Indict Your Friends" would produce the argument that says: ?"This $150 Million Was Squandered. ?It was money taken away from more effective measures that COULD HAVE reduced today's Syphilis infections".

THE DARK MATTER ANALYSIS is the most effective rebuttal.
The $150 million is a PITTANCE in relation to the vast sums of money that were channeled into Michigan for general health, education, religion and culture.
WHAT ABOUT THESE MORE AGREEABLE INTERVENTIONS HAVE FAILED - allowing today's Syphilis Crisis to fester?
